She was nicked at 11am whilst going to pick up her kids, and we was still three times over the limit. That's some session!
Oh and she got fined GBP85.00.

I remember when I worked in Munich, one of the beer halls had a breathalyser machine in it and we'd always have a contest to see who was the most pissed at the end of the evening!

they have to do a second test at the station with more sophisticated equipment these days.

They can go on 1st measure or a blood test back in the station ... well they did when I got caught in 87... and yes I know I was a cunt... but in my defence I was trying to run down my girlfriend (now my wife)

the technology isnt refined enough, i believe. Thats why they need to do a second test at the station.

I'll say it again I bet there is not a man alive that had drunk the night before that maybe over the limit the next morning and just got in the car to go to work... perhaps cars need to get a breathalyser in the fittings and any positive blow you can't start the engine up... I mean they have rear reversing cameras now and air conditioned seats so why not??

My point is, he shouldn't have handed the children over, that's what I would have done, not handed them over, then grassed her up out of spite because she's getting cock else where now.

If you've drunk enough to be 3 times over the limit, and I've been caught 3 times over the limit, you would know in your heart you should not be driving...

I don't really get hangovers. Seasoned pisshead. She's a skinny bint who probably doesn't eat, hence still being well over.
Nobody was hurt, she's quite embarrassed I should imagine, and has learnt her lesson. We all fuck up in life, anyone who says otherwise on here is a liar.

Grumpster. I've also never had a hangover. No matter how much I binge I always wake up feeling fine (maybe a little tired... But that's usually down to lack of sleep)

If she's not a regular drinker and was on the piss till 3am then she should of thought there was i pretty good chance she'd still be over the limit at 11am.She comes across as a pretty intelligent women so god knows what went through her head.

She probably didn't even realise she was over the limit, as not everyone wakes up after drinking the night before and feel's like death.
I've never had a hangover in my life and wake up after a few hours sleep as if I haven't had a drink all year.

Why is it harsh? She got in a car and drove her kids about, how would you have felt if she had run your child over whilst driving under the influence?
She has no excuse.

I'm always getting confused between the amount of booze you are allowed to drive having drunk and the amount you are allowed to bring back through customs.
